Despite huge claims of US President Donald Trump that US have number one Army of the world and its most modern military equipment, the US Army could not intercept any missile fired by the Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) on Wednesday night.

Following an attack on US troop bases, Iran’s IRGC claims, “none of its missiles were intercepted during Wednesday’s heavy strike that targeted US-led forces in Iraq in order to avenge the United States’ assassination of Iran’s top Military General Qassem Soleimani.

According to Press TV, Iranian officials advised US commanders against embarking on any new military action, warning that a more crushing response will be awaiting them. They have been urging US forces to swiftly leave the region.

Earlier in the day, Iran’s supreme leader Ayatollah Khamenei said a “slap on the face” was delivered to the United States when the Islamic republic fired missiles at US troop bases.

Iraq said 22 missiles were fired. Iranian officials said Tehran did not want a war and its strikes “concluded” its response to Friday’s killing of Qassem Soleimani — a powerful general whose burial after days of mourning was completed around the time of the missile launches.
