PM office approves 11 candidates to participate SNGPL board election

The government is going to tough time to the private shareholders to select directors at board of Sui Northern Gas Pipeline Limited (SNGPL) and proposes eleven candidates to participate in election.
SNGPL board is going to hold election on June 23 to select new board of directors.
The government has already managed to reduce the board of directors from 14 to 12 that means that private members would face tough competition to get seat at board of directors of SNGPL.
The government holds 57.96 per cent shareholdings in SNGPL. The board is expiring on June 20, 2020. Petroelum Division had moved a summary to the Prime Minister Office which had been approved and now cabinet would accorded approval in its meeting scheduled on Tuesday.
