A 22-year old girl killed in honour killing

KARACHI: Brother allegedly killed his 22-year-old sister in the name of so-called honour in Quaidabad area of the metropolis on Saturday.
The suspect brother, Murtaza, escaped from the crime scene and fled to an unknown location after the incident, said the local police authorities investigating the case. The deceased, Fatima Bibi, died on the spot after getting by bullets on her neck.
The suspect after killing his sister fired at a neighbourhood shop and injured a man, Sheez Khan. Police informed that Khan got leg injuries due to the firing incident. The law enforcement authorities seized 30 bore pistol shell on the site of the incident. Raids are being conducted to arrest the suspect.
