F-16 fighter jet crashed in Shakerparian near Islamabad: PAF spokesman

ISLAMABAD: A fighter jet F-16 has crashed in Islamabad’s Chand Tara forest near Shakarparian, said spokesman of Pakistan Air Forces.

Rescue teams have been dispatched to the area, he said while the investigations board has been constituted to probe the crash.

The TV channel reported that the security forces have cordoned off the area.
