Pakistan army troops responding effectively to Indian fire: ISPR

RAWALPINDI: Indian troops initiated fire in Neza Pir, Pandu , Khanjar Munawar, Battal and Baghsar Sector along Line of Control, Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) said Monday.
The ISPR, media wing of the military said in a statement here, “Indian troops initiated fire in Neza Pir, Pandu , Khanjar Munawar, Battal and Baghsar Sector along LOC. Intermittent firing continues.”
It added, “Pakistan Army troops responded effectively to Indian fire targeting Indian posts.”
No casualties on Pakistan side during last 24 hours. Pakistan Armed Forces continue state of alert and vigilance.
Meanwhile, Namaze Janaza of Naik Khurram Shaheed, who embraced shahdat in Nikyal Sector on 2nd March was offered today at DG khan.
Shaheed was buried with full military honour for defending the motherland.
