ISLAMABAD: Pakistan is known nefarious Indian designs said Aisha Farooqui, spokesperson for Pakistan Foreign Office while holding her weekly briefing here on Thursday.
She said that when the world is fighting against the novel Coronavirus outbreak, the Indian unilateral action is against the regional peace and stability. Farooqui said that India is consistently violating international laws and treaties.
Focusing her attention towards Pakistan’s fight against the menace of COVID-19, Farooqui said that Pakistanis stranded in various parts of the world have been brought back through special flights and the flights will continue till each and every Pakistani is safely back home.
Earlier in the morning, Pakistan armed forces shot down an Indian drone along with the Line of Control (LoC), Sankh Sector, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) reported.
The Indian quad-copter came 600 metres inside Pakistan’s territory for surveillance and was met with a swift retort resulting in the shooting down of the machine.
The ISPR said about the development that such provocative acts will not be tolerated from the Indian side. The act was a clear violation of established norms and existing air agreements between the two countries.
