PIA enhances charges on additional baggage

KARACHI: Flagship carrier Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has doubled its fees for additional baggage.
PIA spokesman said commuters have now to pay Rs 5800 on 10Kg of additional baggage. PIA said Rs 2500 and Rs 800 on per Kg of additional baggage would be charged from Karachi to Dubai and Karachi to Jeddah bound flights respectively.
It further said Rs 25000 would be charged on additional 27 kg from Karachi to Toronto. Rs 3500 would be charged on additional per Kg baggage from Karachi to London bound flights.
