Students of Sindh Universities spend a day with Pak Army

KARACHI: Students of various Sindh Universities spend a day with Pakistan Army at Malir Cantonment area.  They observed Al-Khalid Tanks of Pakistan Army along with other weapons.

The universities students have taken special interest in weapons used by Pakistan Army and paid tribute to sacrifices of the Pakistan Army in defense of the motherland, reiterating their commitment to stand with their armed forces.

The students said that we pleased to get a chance to see military combat capabilities up close. Many misconceptions regarding Pakistan and the Pakistan Army, propagated through social media, were eradicated, and we have learned a lot.

The students not only witnessed various types of modern arms and ammunition arranged by the Pak Army, but also said that their forces are sacrificing their lives for defense of the motherland in a courageous manner. Appreciating the professionalism of the armed forces, the students said, this country and this army are ours, and we stand with our forces.

The students expressed that propaganda spread through social media has adversely affected the country. However, the reality is quite different. While offering flowers at the martyrs’ memorial and paying tribute to martyrs.

The students said they felt sad that misconceptions were being circulated on social media against the protectors of the country, deeming it a shameful crime.

The students were given knowledge of modern weapons as well as instructions on how to operate small arms. They stated that the day spent with the Pakistan Army was a memorable one and erased several reservations instigated by anti-national elements on social media.

Furthermore, they sincerely said that the Pakistan Army is from us, and we are from the Pakistan Army. The Pakistan Army is our life, our glory, and our pride.
