Suzuki Company enhances car prices again from today

KARACHI: The Pak Suzuki Company has once again enhanced the prices of its all models excluding Mehran from Rs 30,000 to Rs 322,000 from January 1, the company’s price list forwarded to the dealers said here on Tuesday.

The company has forwarded a circular of new prices to its dealers across Pakistan, in which the new ex-factory prices will come into effect from today. The rates have been increased due to the depreciation of Pakistani rupee against the US Dollar, the notice said.

According to the Pak Suzuki notification, the Wagon R VXR will be available at Rs 1.224 million after increasing Rs 40,000, Wagon R VXL will be available at Rs 1.314 million after increasing Rs 40,000, Cultus VXR new price is Rs 1.410 million after increasing Rs 30,000, Cultus VXL new price is Rs 1.531 million after increasing Rs 30,000, Cultus AGS new price is Rs 1.638 million after increasing Rs 30,000.

In big cars, the company enhanced prices of Swift DXL-NAV Rs 1.555 million after increasing  Rs 40,000, Swift AT-NAV is increased to Rs 1.691 million after increasing Rs 40,000. The new price of APV is Rs 3.040 million after increasing Rs 322,000.

Ciaz MT will be available at Rs 2.060 million after increasing Rs 100,000, Ciaz AT will be available at Rs 2.200 million after increasing Rs 100,000.

Vitara GLX AT will be available at Rs 3.990 million after increasing Rs 100,000 and Vitara JLDX MT will be available at Rs 2.393 will be unchanged.

Pak Suzuki has already announced discontinuing Mehran from March 2019 and plans to introduce locally manufactured Suzuki Alto 2019 660cc in the country.

Pak Suzuki hiked the prices of its cars multiple times in 2018, and this year too, it has enhanced its prices with the new years.
