CM Murad Ali Shah reappoints Samir Mir Shaikh as Justice of Peace

KARACHI: The Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah has appointed Samir Mir Shaikh as Justice of Peace, Karachi.
According to a notification issued by Sindh Home Department Mr. Shaikh is a senior leader of Pakistan People’s Party and a prominent industrialist with bureaucratic and diplomatic ties.
Mr Shaikh had also served as Chairman of Education, Science and Technology at Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI). He will perform his duties with powers of Section 22A and 22b as outlined by the CRPC 1898.
