Cynthia D. Ritchie alleges Rehman Malik raped her in 2011
2 min readAfter a week long fight with Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) on Social Media, Cynthia D. Ritchie has claimed in her video on social media that in 2011 Rehman Malik, the then Interior Minister of PPP, raped her while Health Minister Makhdoom Shahbuddin and former Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani physically manhandled.
There was a verbal battle between Cynthia D Ritchie and PPP for last six days on social media. The blogger earlier shared a tweet regarding the late Benazir Bhutto that was deemed defamatory in nature by the PPP who ended up filing a police report against her.
Now, Cynthia went live on Facebook and Instagram claiming that the reason PPP is going after her is not the tweet that she shared but rather the immense amount of dirt she has against the top ranking officials of the political party.
In her live session on Facebook, Cynthia Ritchie claimed that she was “raped by the former Interior Minister Rehman Malik” in 2011 when the PPP was in power and she further claimed that she was “physically manhandled by the former Health Minister Makhdoom Shahabuddin and former Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani while he was staying at the president’s house.”
She also claims that everything she has posted in the past few days about the PPP is true and that she has the evidence to prove it. Cynthia Ritchie says that she will reveal more details about the incident at a later date to a neutral investigative journalist.
Earlier, the PPP officials has given a written complaint against Cynthia to Federal Investigation Agency and its cybercrime branch as she alleged Ms Benazir Bhutto and other top leaders of PPP in her tweet.
