Jawad Majid appointed new President of Summit Bank

KARACHI: The Board of Directors of the Summit Bank has appointed Jawad Majid Khan as the new President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank.
In a notice issued at PSX Website, the Board of Directors said, “Summit Bank has approved the relinquishment by Ahsan Raza Durrani from the position of the President and CEO (Acting) as well as the Executive Director of the Bank.”
The notice said that the Board has approved the appointment of Jawad majid Khan as the President and Chief executive Officer (Regular of the Bank in place of Ahsan Raza Durrani with Immediate effect for a term of three year subject to approval of the State Bank of Pakistan and compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and regulatory requirement in this regard.
