First two coronavirus diagnose in Karachi: spokesman of Sindh Health Dept

KARACHI: A 22-year old male patient has been diagnosed positive coronavirus in Karachi, said Meeran Yousuf spokesperson of Sindh Health Department, private TV channel reported.
It is the first positive case of coronavirus in Karachi, spokesperson Meeran Yousuf confirmed here on Wednesday. The 22-year-old male patient, identified as Yahya Jaffri, travelled to Iran where he acquired the virus, the statement said.
He travelled from Iran to Karachi by plane. He and his family have been placed in quarantine and the Health Department is in the process of examining all the passengers that he travelled with.
