1 min read

ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister of Information and Broadcasting Chaudhry Fawad Hussain Thursday expressed his disappointment over hurdles created by India in completion of Kartarpur Corridor project.

Talking to media, he said India was trying to create hurdles in the way of corridor as Indian government was following anti-minority policies.

He said India was against it as it would benefit Sikhs and Punjabis.

“The government of India is opposed to Sikhs and Punjab,” he said adding similarly “Indian government was against Kashmiris.”

He regretted that the Indian government refused visas to 18 journalists who wanted to cover a meeting on Kartarpur corridor.

Despite numerous hurdles by India, he said Pakistan was determined to complete Kartarpur corridor as early as possible. Agencies
